Accessibility Statement

I’m very committed to website accessibility and evolving my practice as I gain more experience and know-how.

I’ve built this site on my custom theme that has been tested by people with disabilities using technology that includes Mac Voice Over, JAWs screen reader, and keyboard navigation. This theme was used as the foundation of building the Accessible Employers website. Each page has been run through automated testing (Lightroom) with a 100% score.

There are a couple of interactive components of the site that I used the stock WordPress block for, which I haven’t tested yet. This includes the “more details” arrow that acts as an accordion. I aim to test this within the next 6 months.

To the best of my knowledge, this site passes all tests within the POUR (perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust) principles of WCAG 2.2 AA.
